摘 要:针对聚晶金刚石(PDC)复合片与45钢基体钎焊过程中易出现气孔、夹渣和未焊透等缺陷,对比试验了6种钎焊焊料,研究了钎料、钎剂等因素对焊接强度的影响,采用氧乙炔火焰钎焊和高频感应钎焊两种方法分别进行了焊接试验,对焊接试样进行了剪切性能试验。结果表明:钎焊PDC复合片与45钢时,小型锚杆钻头高频感应钎焊加热速度快生产效率得到提高、焊接质量更稳定、钎缝强度高、降低了劳动强度。In response to the defects such as porosity,slag inclusion,and incomplete penetration that are prone to occur during the brazing process between polycrystalline diamond(PDC)composite sheets and 45 steel substrate,six types of brazing consumables were com-pared and tested.The effects of brazing consumables,fluxes,and oth-er factors on welding strength were studied.Welding tests were con-ducted using two methods:oxygen acetylene flame brazing and high-frequency induction brazing,and shear performance tests were con-ducted on the welded specimens.The results show that when brazing PDC composite sheets with 45-steel matrix,the high-frequency in-duction brazing heating speed of small anchor bit is faster,the pro-duction efficiency is improved,the welding quality is more stable,the brazing seam strength is high,and the labor intensity is reduced.
