摘  要:高压电缆终端的绝缘可靠性直接关系着城市输电网络的稳定运行。常用超声检测法开展高压电缆终端局部放电检测以及绝缘性能评估。在运的高压电缆终端一般有充油式和干式两种类型,目前缺乏对局部放电超声信号在两种类型的终端中传播特性的对比研究。因此文中首先从基本结构和材料特性上阐述了充油和干式电缆终端的区别。随后采用电—力—声类比方法说明电缆终端中局部放电产生超声信号的机理。利用有限元方法建立充油终端和干式终端的仿真模型,在不同位置施加不同频率的超声信号,获取超声信号在不同介质中的传播规律及分布特性,并通过法兰处的压力评估不同位置以及不同频率的超声信号对高压电缆局部放电检测的影响。The insulation reliability of high voltage(HV)cable terminal is directly related to the stable operation of urban transmission network.Ultrasonic method is commonly used for partial discharge(PD)detection and insulation performance assessment of cable terminals.The HV cable terminals in operation in general has such two types as oil-filled type and dry type.There is a lack of comparative study on the propagation characteristics of PD ultrasonic signal in those two types.Therefore,the difference between oil-filled and dry cable terminals is first described from the structure and material characteristics.Then,the mechanism of ultrasonic signal generation by PD is explained by means of electric-force-acoustic analysis method.The simulation models of oil-filled and dry terminal are set up by finite element method.The ultrasonic signals of different frequencies are applied at different positions to obtain the propagation and distribution characteristics in different media.The influence of ultrasonic signals at different positions and frequencies on PD detection of HV cable is assessed by the pressure at the flange.
