摘  要:利用无人机搭载电场传感器可实现瓷质零值绝缘子的快速检测,是一种新兴的高效零值绝缘子带电检测技术。然而,基于电光效应的电场传感器由于电光晶体各向异性只能测量特定方向的电场分量,如何利用不同电场分量检测零值绝缘子仍需要研究。文中首先建立了110 kV等级瓷质绝缘子串仿真模型,获得了总电场、轴向电场分量和径向电场分量分布曲线,并考察了零值绝缘子位置、检测距离、绝缘子串离地高度等因素对不同电场分量畸变程度的影响。然后,讨论了零值绝缘子的检测方法,发现当第一片绝缘子为零值绝缘子时,可利用过零点和畸变程度作为判据,而其他绝缘子零值时可利用二次变化率判定。最后,进行高压大厅验证试验,证实了采用电场分量检测零值绝缘子的有效性,为后续无人机检测零值绝缘子提供参考。The use of unmanned aerial vehicle equipped with electric field sensors can achieve rapid detection of porcelain zero value insulators,which is an emerging and efficient online detection technology for zero value insulators.However,since electric field sensor based on electro-optic effect can only measure electric field components of specific direction due to the anisotropy of electro-optic crystals and how to use different electric field components to detect zero value insulators still needs to be studied.Firstly,a simulation model for 110 kV porcelain insulator strings is set up,the distribution curves of total electric field component,axial electric field component and radial electric field component are obtained.The influence of such factors as zero value insulator position,detection distance,and height of the insulator string to the ground on the distortion degree of different electric field components are examined.Then,the detection methods for zero value insulators are discussed,founding that when the first insulator is the zero-value insulator,the zero-crossing point and degree of distortion can be used as criteria.However,in case of zero value of other insulators,the rate of secondary change can be used as the criteria.Finally,the verification test in the high-voltage hall is performed to demonstrate the effectiveness of using electric field components to detect zero value insulators,which provides reference for subsequent research on zero value insulators detection by unmanned aerial vehicles.
