摘  要:传统的集成式车载冲击电压发生装置多采用双指数冲击电压波形,体积和重量都非常庞大,难以直接用于数量众多的配网设备的现场试验,而振荡型冲击电压波形由于具有产生效率高、调波简单的优点,适用于配网设备的现场冲击耐压试验。为此,研制了紧凑型配网设备振荡雷电冲击耐压试验系统,系统硬件部分采用模块化设计,具有体积小、重量轻和现场使用方便的优势。软件部分采用平板电脑控制,操作简单方便,具有信号采集、处理和一键生成试验报告等功能,能够实现对现场冲击耐压试验过程的在线可视化显示。并针对研制的配网设备振荡冲击耐压试验系统进行了相关性能测试试验,测试结果均满足要求。系统可以产生满足配网设备现场试验的振荡雷电冲击电压波形,能够有效的解决配网设备现场冲击耐压试验困难的问题。The traditional integrated on-board impulse voltage generator for vehicles often adopts a double exponential impulse voltage waveform,which is bulky and heavy,making it difficult to be directly used for on-site test of a large number of distribution network equipment.However,the oscillating impulse voltage waveform,with advantages of high efficiency in generation and simple waveform adjustment,is suitable for on-site impulse voltage withstand test of distribution network equipment.For this reason,the compact oscillating lightning impulse voltage withstand test system for distribution network equipment is developed.The hardware part of the system adopts a modular design,featuring small size,light weight,and convenient on-site use.The software part is controlled by a tablet computer,offering simple and convenient operation,and includes functions such as signal acquisition,processing,and one-click generation of test reports.It can achieve online visualization display of the on-site impulse voltage withstand test process.The relevant performance tests are conducted on the developed oscillating impulse voltage withstand test system of distribution network equipment,and the test results meet the requirements.The system can generate oscillating lightning impulse voltage waveform that meets the on-site test requirements of distribution network equipment,and it can effectively solve the problem of difficulty in on-site impulse voltage withstand test of distribution network equipment.
