摘 要:输变电领域一直存在痛难点:MOA常规预试合格仍发生故障导致强迫停运,潜伏性故障检出率低造成重大损失,更棘手的是其中大多数MOA事故后严重损毁,很难研究其原因用于优化MOA全生命周期管理。文中选取8727支代表性MOA样本,改变MOA状态感知的时空密度、技术维度,持续开展“5年跟踪研究”工程,由此提前捕获传统技术监督模式无法检出的潜伏性故障的“阳性样本”,随后及时停电对其解剖研究、统计分析。研究发现:常规预试合格却仍发生故障的原因是状态感知技术覆盖维度不够全面、部分状态感知项目的时空密度不够精细,导致MOA潜伏性故障无法被及时检出。最后制定新的状态监测优化方案,并通过生产实际开展“3年应用验证”。验证表明研究可以明显降低MOA强迫停运率,为MOA状态检修提供了非常有价值的参考和指导。In the field of power transmission and transformation,there have always been pain and difficulties:failures still occur after the MOA passes the routine pretest,leading to forced outage,and the low detection rate of latent failures leads to heavy losses.Moreover,most of the MOAs are seriously damaged after the fault and it is difficult to study the cause for optimizing the management of MOA in its full life cycle.In this paper,8727 pieces of representative MOA samples are selected,the temporal and spatial density and technical dimension of MOA state perception are changed to continuously carry out the“5-year follow-up study”project,so as to capture the“positive samples”of latent faults that cannot be detected by the traditional technical supervision mode in advance,and then promptly cut off the power to conduct anatomical research and statistical analysis.It is found by the study that the reason why the failure still occurs after passing the routine pretest is that the coverage dimension of state awareness technology is not comprehensive,and the spatial and temporal density of some state awareness items is not precise enough,which leads to the failure of MOA latency not to be detected in time.Finally,a new optimization scheme for condition monitoring is formulated and“3-year application verification”is carried out through actual production.The verification shows that this study can significantly reduce the forced outage rate of MOA,and can provide a very valuable reference and guidance for MOA condition based maintenance.
