摘  要:高压断路器机械故障数据的可靠、全面采集是有效分析和准确故障诊断的前提,也是提高设备操作安全可靠性的基础。文中以LW30-252型SF6高压断路器的CT26弹簧操动机构为研究对象,分析其结构特点及数据采集难点,详细阐述了高压断路器正常、油缓冲器漏油、合闸弹簧疲劳、分闸弹簧疲劳、传动轴销磨损、主轴卡涩、地脚螺栓松动共7种典型工况的模拟过程。文中以断路器分合闸过程中的振动、声音信号为检测信号,解决了传感器型号确定及安装位置选择问题,研制了故障信号采集系统,并介绍了故障检测采集系统的软硬件组成。本研究为后续高压断路器机械故障特征提取及故障诊断提供可靠的数据基础。Reliable and comprehensive collection of mechanical fault data of high-voltage circuit breaker(HVCBs)is not only the premise of effective analysis and accurate fault diagnosis,but also the base to improve the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.In this paper,type CT26 spring operating mechanism for type LW30-252 SF6 HVCB is taken as research object,its structural characteristics and data collection difficulties are analyzed,and the simulation process of such seven typical working conditions of the HVCB as normality,oil leakage of oil damper,fatigue of closing spring,fatigue of opening spring,wear of drive shaft pin,jamming of main shaft and loose of anchor bolts are described.In this paper,the vibration and acoustical signals during the opening and closing process of the circuit breaker are used as the detection signals to solve the problem of determination of the sensor model and selection of the installation position.The fault signal collection system is developed and the software and hardware compositions of the fault detection collection system are introduced.This research provides a reliable data basis for the subsequent extraction of mechanical fault features and fault diagnosis of HVCBs.
