摘　　要：目的了解不同地区银屑病患者中医体质类型分布的差异性,为本地区银屑病预防及治疗提供新思路和方法。方法选择天津市中医药研究院附属医院、沈阳市第七人民医院和武汉市第一医院收治的银屑病患者进行中医体质类型的流行病学调查,填写“中医体质分类量表”,采用Epidata3.1软件建立数据库,SPSS 13.0软件分析华北地区银屑病患者中医体质类型。结果共入选1740例患者,男性985例,女性755例。华北地区500例、东北地区740例和华中地区500例。不同地区的银屑病患者中医体质类型的差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论银屑病患者中医体质类型与其所处的地域位置相关,临床医生要依据其具体的体质类型进行辨证论治,指导治疗用药。Objective In order to understand the differences in the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution types in patients with psoriasis in different regions,and to provide new ideas and methods for prevention and treatment of psoriasis in the region.Methods Selected the patients with psoriasis,which from Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital,Shenyang Seventh People's Hospital,First Hospital of Wuhan to carry out the epidemiological investigation,and filled out the epidemiological survey of psoriasis TCM constitution types.Epidata3.1 software was used to build the database,and SPSS 13.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results A total of 1740 patients were selected,985 males and 755 females.Totally 500 cases in north China,740 cases in northeast China and 500 cases in central China.The differences of TCM constitution types of patients with psoriasis in different areas were statistically significant.Conclusion The TCM constitution types of patients with psoriasis is related to the geographical location,clinicians should according to their specific syndrome and perform treatment based on constitution types differentiation.
