摘　　要：目的:探讨无痛病房管理联合早期功能训练对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)手术患者功能康复的影响。方法:选取2018年12月—2022年10月将甘肃省嘉峪关市第一人民医院脊柱外科收治的行LDH手术患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各39例。对照组术前、术后接受常规治疗及护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予无痛病房管理联合早期功能训练进行干预。比较两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、腰椎功能恢复情况、护理满意度。结果:术后清醒时及术后第1、2天,研究组患者VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1个月,两组患者Oswestry功能障碍指数评分均低于术前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:无痛病房管理联合早期功能训练可以缓解LDH患者术后疼痛程度,加速腰部功能的康复,利于疾病转归,患者满意度较高。Objective:To explore the effect of pain-free ward management combined with early physical training on the rehabilitation of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)surgery patients.Methods:78 patients who underwent LDH surgery admitted to the Department of Spine Surgery of the First People's Hospital of Jiayuguan City,Gansu Province,from December 2018 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,each with 39 cases.The control group received routine nursing care before and after surgery,while the study group was given pain-free ward management combined with early physical training intervention on the basis of the control group.The visual analog scale(VAS)score,lumbar spine function recovery,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:the VAS scores of the patients in the study group at postoperative awakening moment,the first and second day after the surgery were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the scores of Oswestry dysfunction index of the patients in both groups were lower than that of the preoperative period one month after the surgery,and the study group was lower than that of the control group with statistically significant differences(P<0.001);and the satisfaction with nursing care of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).Conclusion:Pain-free ward management combined with early physical training can alleviate the degree of postoperative pain in patients with LDH,accelerate the recovery of lumbar function,and facilitate disease regression,with high patient satisfaction.
