活血舒筋酊联合常规西药治疗寒湿痹阻证风湿性关节炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析活血舒筋酊联合常规西药治疗寒湿痹阻证风湿性关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2022年10月上海市浦东医院收治的寒湿痹阻证风湿性关节炎患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予活血舒筋酊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血清学指标、中医证候积分和疼痛程度。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021);治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白、红细胞沉降率和白细胞介素-17水平均优于对照组;治疗后,两组中医证候积分均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:活血舒筋酊联合常规西药治疗寒湿痹阻证风湿性关节炎的治疗效果显著,可改善患者关节肿胀、活动受限等临床表现,降低体内炎性因子水平,减轻机体疼痛感。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Tincture Huoxue Shujin Ding combined with conventional western drug in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with cold-dampness syndrome according to TCM.Methods:120 patients with rheumatoid arthritis with cold-dampness Bi-syndrome admitted to Shanghai Pudong Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 60 cases.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Shujin Ding on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect serological indexes,Chinese medicine symptoms scaled scores and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results:the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.021);after the treatment,the C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and interleukin-17 level of the observation group were better than that of the control group;after the treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome points of both groups were lower than that of the pre-treatment period,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);after the treatment,the visual analog scoring After the treatment,the visual analog scoring method of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of TCM Huoxue Shujin Ding combined with conventional western drug in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with cold-dampness paralytic obstruction is remarkable,which can improve the clinical manifestations of patients such as joints swelling and limitation of activities,reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the body,and alleviate the pain of the organism.
