摘 要:目的:研究乌梅总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法:以乌梅为研究对象,利用超声辅助提取乌梅总黄酮,并在单因素试验的基础上通过响应面法优化乌梅总黄酮的提取工艺。结果:乌梅总黄酮最佳提取条件为:料液比50 mL/g、粉碎目数30目、提取温度40℃和提取时间70 min。在此最佳工艺条件下,对建立的数学模型进行验证实验,乌梅总黄酮提取量实际测得值为63.19 mg/g,与预测值(62.77 mg/g)相近。结论:响应面分析法所得乌梅总黄酮的最优工艺参数准确可靠,可为乌梅进一步开发利用提供参考依据。In this study,the extraction process of total flavonoids from Prunus mume was optimized by response surface method on the basis of single factor test.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio of 50 mL/g,mesh number of 30 mesh,extraction temperature of 40℃ and extraction time of 70 min.Under the optimal process conditions,the mathematical model was verified.The actual value of total flavonoids extraction was 63.19 mg/g,which was close to the predicted value(62.77 mg/g),indicating that the optimal process parameters of total flavonoids obtained by response surface analysis were accurate and reliable,and provided a reference for further development and utilization of P.mume.
