摘　　要：阐述了干燥焙烧一体式砖瓦隧道窑预热环节容易出现的技术难题以及为此采取的应急措施——预热带主动漏风操作,介绍了预热带主动漏风操作的具体情况,指出了预热带主动漏风操作对窑内压力、温度、风量等热工制度和产品外观、力学性能等质量问题,以及对烟气含氧量、污染物浓度等排放工况产生的一系列不利影响,提出了设置预热带烟道和气幕扰流装置的改进方案,以及采用气幕扰流方式代替预热带主动漏风操作的解决方法。This paper expounds the technical problems that are prone to occur in the preheating link of the drying and roasting integrated brick and tile tunnel kiln and the emergency measures taken for this purpose-pre tropical active air leakage operation,introduces the specific situation of pre-tropical active air leakage operation,points out the quality problems of pre-tropical active air leakage operation on the thermal system such as pressure,temperature and air volume in the kiln,as well as the appearance and mechanical properties of the product,as well as a series of adverse effects on the emission conditions such as flue gas oxygen content and pollutant concentration,and puts forward an improvement scheme for setting up pre-tropical flue and air curtain turbulent device,and the solution of using air curtain turbulence instead of pre-tropical active air leakage operation.
