摘　　要：人口老龄化和智能技术快速发展的双重时代背景下,智能化社区养老模式因其服务的多元性已成为解决我国养老问题的主要途径之一。为提高老人生活质量,增强老人活动独立性,打造高质量舒适社区养老空间,针对老年人生理、心理与行为需求合理运用智能化系统,从安全性设计、便利性设计、舒适性设计三方面提高社区养老服务中心的空间使用率与老年人生活质量。In the context of the dual era of population aging and rapid development of smart technology,the intelligent community elderly care model has become one of the main ways to solve my country's elderly care problems due to its diversity of services.In order to improve the quality of life of the elderly,enhance their independence in activities,and create a high-quality and comfortable community elderly care space,intelligent systems should be rationally used according to the physiological,psychological and behavioral needs of the elderly,and improvements should be made from three aspects:safety design,convenience design,and comfort design to space utilization rate and quality of life of the elderly in community elderly care service centers.
