摘　　要：环境犯罪学理论清晰揭示了犯罪活动的空间规律,为依托犯罪空间要素开展智慧侦查提供可能性。将犯罪空间规律嵌入智慧侦查应用逻辑之中有助于优化侦查资源配置,使其适应新情势下的犯罪变化形式,其价值足以覆盖智慧侦查启动、犯罪智慧打击和智慧侦查治理三个方面。然而目前新式智慧侦查应用在智慧侦查基础架构建设、犯罪空间特征数据引入侦查分析流程和法律制度支持等方面尚存困境。因此有必要从其应用现状入手,思考其在智慧侦查中的应用问题并从明确情报收集类型、优化数据基础架构、树立区域犯罪控制理念、建立智慧侦查流程和完善法律制度五个方面提出突破进路。Environmental criminology shows that crimes are related to space,which makes it possible to conduct smart investigation on the basis of space-related elements.Considering the crime spatial distribution law while conducting smart investigation will optimize investigate resource allocation and help investigation adapt to various crime forms under the new contexts.Its value is reflected on the aspects of smart investigation initiation,crackdown and treatment.However,the new smart investigation application is confronted with some problems in the aspects of infrastructure construction,the introduction of crime spatial characterization data into the investigative analysis process,and the law support.To solve the problem,by considering the current application situation of crime spatial distribution law in smart investigation,it s necessary to identify which types of intelligence should be collected,optimize the data infrastructure,establish the idea of regional crime prevention,build a smart investigation procedure and improve the legal system.
