摘  要:以基于动态氢键的异戊胶(IR,顺式-1,4-聚异戊二烯)和杜仲胶(EUG,反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯)的化学组装胶为橡胶材料,以炭黑和白炭黑为增强填料,通过正交实验研究了硫化助剂种类和用量对化学组装胶硫化特性的影响;采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对比研究化学组装体系和物理共混体系相结构以及填料的分散状态;重点研究了氢键的存在和白炭黑的引入对化学组装体系各项性能的影响。结果表明,硫磺用量、促进剂种类和用量对化学组装胶的硫化特性影响顺序为硫磺用量>促进剂种类>促进剂用量。促进剂N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺(NS)比N,N-2二环己基-2,2-二苯并噻唑次磺酰胺(DZ)更适用于化学组装胶的硫化促进剂。与IR、EUG和物理共混体系相比,化学组装体系具有最优的拉伸性能和撕裂强度。拉伸强度高达28.82 MPa,断裂伸长率高达715%,撕裂强度高达68.19 kN/m。与IR、EUG和物理共混体系相比,化学组装体系压缩生热最低,疲劳性能最高。化学组装胶独特的相结构和界面、填料分散状态、氢键作用的存在和纳米增强共同作用是力学性能、压缩生热性能以及疲劳性能显著改善的原因。In this paper,the vulcanization characteristics,phase structure and various physical properties of chemical assembly rubber based on hydrogen bonds of isoprene rubber(IR,cis-1,4-polyisoprene)and eucommia rubber(EUG,trans-1,4-polyisoprene)were studied,in which carbon black and nano-silica were used as fillers.The effects of the type and amount of curing additives on the curing characteristics of the chemical assembly rubber were studied by orthogonal experiments.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to explore the phase structure and filler dispersion of chemical assembly system and physical blend system.The effects of hydrogen bonds and the introduction of silica on the properties of the chemical assembly system were studied mainly.The results showed that the order of influence of sulfur content,type and amount of accelerator on the vulcanization characteristics of chemical assembly rubber was sulfur content>type of accelerator>amount of accelerator.And accelerator N-tert-butylbenzothiazole-2-sulphenamide(NS)was more suitable for curing accelerator of chemical assembly rubber than N,N-Dicyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolsulfene amide(DZ).Compared with IR,EUG and physical blends,the chemically assembled system showed the optimal tensile properties and tear strength.The tensile strength was 28.82 MPa,the elongation at break is 715%,and the tear strength was up to 68.19 kN/m.Compared with IR,EUG and physical blends,the chemical assembly system had the lowest compression heat buildup and the best fatigue performance.The unique phase structure and strong interface,the relatively uniform filler dispersion,the existence of hydrogen bonding and the combined effect of nano reinforcement of silica of the chemical assembly system were the reasons for the significant improvement of mechanical properties,compression heat buildup and fatigue properties.
