摘  要:采用银包覆铝粉和镍包覆铝粉为导电填料,将其与液体硅橡胶分别混合制备了两种导电硅橡胶复合材料,系统研究了两种金属包覆铝粉在不同填充量下对其硅橡胶复合材料微观形貌、导电网络结构、电导率、机械性能以及电磁屏蔽性能的影响。银及镍包覆铝粉均能在硅橡胶基体中获得良好分散并形成导电网络,从而赋予硅橡胶导电性能并能较好保留其柔性和变形能力。在适宜的粒子填充量下,两种金属包覆铝粉填充硅橡胶复合材料在2~18 GHz范围内都显示出优异的屏蔽性能,其中银包覆铝粉质量分数在75%填充量下复合材料的平均屏蔽效能可达120 dB。对电磁波的反射作用是两种金属包覆铝粉填充硅橡胶复合材料的首要屏蔽机制,电导率依然是主导其屏蔽效能的重要因素。In this work,silver coated aluminum powder and nickel coated aluminum powder are selected as conductive fillers to fabricate two kinds of conductive silicone rubber composites by mixing them with liquid silicone,respectively.The microstructure,filler conductive network,electrical conductivity,mechanical properties,and electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding properties of silver and nickel coated aluminum filled silicone rubber composites with different filler content are detailly investigated.Both the silver and nickel coated aluminum powders can obtain good dispersion in the silicone rubber matrix and form a conductive network,thus endowing the silicone rubber with excellent conductive properties,while retain the flexibility and deformation ability of the silicone rubber,and both of the conductive silicone rubber composites can exhibit excellent shielding performance in the 2~18 GHz range with suitable filler content.The average EMI shielding effectiveness of the silver coated aluminum filled silicone rubber composites can reach 120 dB at 75%filling content.The reflection on the electromagnetic wave is the primary shielding mechanism for the two metal coated aluminum powder filled silicone rubber composites,and the electrical conductivity is the controlling factor that dominates the EMI shielding performance of the composite.
