摘 要:通过表面涂覆液体聚异戊二烯橡胶对芳纶纤维补强天然橡胶界面进行改性,研究了不同液体胶类型及配方对界面性能的影响。结果表明,端基羧基液体聚异戊二烯橡胶配合硫磺+双金属氧化物+过氧化物并用硫化体系,对界面结合力提高效果最为显著(H抽出力提高81%),通过扫描电镜、红外光谱、接触角及X射线光电子能谱等方法研究了该界面结合机理。The interface of aramid fiber reinforced natural rubber was modified by liquid polyisoprene rubber,and the effects of different types and formulations of liquid rubber on the interfacial properties were studied.The results showed that the end-group carboxyl liquid polyisoprene rubber combined with sulfur and peroxide could improve the interfacial adhesion most significantly(the H extraction force is increased by 81%).The interfacial bonding mechanism was studied by scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,contact angle and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
