摘  要:研究了受阻酚AO-60的用量对天然橡胶硫化特性、物理机械性能及动态性能的影响。结果表明,NR中添加大量的AO-60,会干扰硫磺硫化过程,降低交联程度和硫化速率;随着AO-60用量增大,NR硫化胶的硬度、定伸应力和回弹性明显下降,拉伸强度、撕裂强度在AO-60用量为10~15份(质量份)时较高;在玻璃化转变区,损耗因子随着AO-60用量增加而下降,阻尼峰加宽;当温度高于-30℃时,损耗因子(tanδ)随着AO-60用量增加而增大;NR硫化胶的静刚度随着AO-60用量增加而下降,动静刚度比则上升。This article investigate the effect of the amount of hindered phenol AO-60 on the vulcanization characteristics,physical properties and dynamic properties of natural rubber.It was found that adding a large amount of AO-60 would interfere with the sulfur curing process and reduce the crosslinking degree and curing speed;With the increase of AO-60 content,the hardness,modulus and recovery performance have a marked decline while the tensile strength and tear strength were higher when the dosage of AO-60 was 10%~15%;In the glass transition region,the loss factor decreases and the damping peak widened with the increase of AO-60 dosage;When the temperature is higher than-30℃,the loss factor increased with the increase of AO-60 content;It was found that static stiffness incerases with the increase of the content of AO-60,while the the ratio of dymical stiffness and static stiffness had an opposite trend.
