摘  要:研究了丙烯腈含量相同(质量分数均为36%)、不同氢化度(90%、96%和99%)对氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)硫化特性、交联密度及硫化胶性能的影响。结果表明,氢化度高的HNBR硫化活性低;相同硫化剂用量时,硫化胶的交联密度、硬度及定伸应力低,压缩永久变形大,耐油性差、低温回缩性差;但拉伸强度、撕裂强度及拉断伸长率高。Influence of hydrogenation degree(90%,96%,99%)on cure characteristics,crosslink density,and properties of HNBR with the same ACN content(36%)was investigated.The results showed that when cured with the same amount of peroxide,HNBR with high saturation had lower cure rate and lower crosslink density.Consequently,the vulcanizates had lower hardness,lower modulus,poor compression set,low-temperature retraction and oil resistance.However,the tensile strength,tear strength and elongation at break of the vulcanizates increased.
