摘  要:对比了不同功率等离子体改性裂解炭黑(CBp)的粒径分布、比表面积和表面活性,考察了等离子体改性功率对填充天然橡胶硫化胶微、介观结构及其对动、静态力学性能的影响。结果表明,CBp-200W的比表面积最大,CBp-600W的比表面积最小。当改性功率高于400 W时,CBp聚集体出现不同程度的熔结现象。与NR/CBp-0W复合材料相比,NR/CBp-200W复合材料的表面粗糙度减小,交联密度和结合橡胶含量增大。随着等离子体改性功率增大,复合材料的表面粗糙度和交联密度均增大,结合胶含量减少。改性CBp填充体系强填料与橡胶相互作用(E′st)差别不大,而NR/CBp-200W体系的弱填料与橡胶相互作用(E′1)最大,且随改性功率的增大而下降。NR/CBp-200W体系的拉伸强度最大,NR/CBp-600W体系的定伸应力最大,其扯断伸长率和拉伸强度均最小。The particle size distribution,specific surface area and surface activity of plasma modified pyrolysis carbon black with different powers were compared.The effect of the plasma modification power on the micro-and meso-structure,as well as the dynamic and the static mechanical properties in the filled NR vulcanizates was investigated.The results showed that the specific surface area of CBp-200W was the largest and that of CBp-600W was the smallest.The CBp aggregates presented the fusion phenomenon obviously,when the plasma power was higher than 400W.Compared with the NR/CBp-0W composite,the surface roughness of NR/CBp-200W composite decreased,while the cross-linking density and bound rubber content increased.The surface roughness and cross-linking density of the composites increased and the bound rubber content decreased with the increase of plasma modification power.The E′st of the modified CBp filled composites almost were the same.However,the E′1 of the NR/CBp-200W composite was the largest,and it decreased with the increase of plasma modification power.The tensile strength of NR/CBp-200W was the strongest.The stress at definite stretching was the largest,and the elongation at break as well as the tensile strength was the weakest in the NR/CBp-600W composite.
