摘 要:为全面系统研究阻燃橡胶和常规橡胶之间的黏接强度,通过分段多次硫化工艺技术制备了外层阻燃/内层常规的混用橡胶样本,按照欧盟EN45545-2标准测试了双层橡胶样本的阻燃性能。结果表明,随着阻燃橡胶层厚度的增加,样本的阻燃性能逐渐增加,当阻燃橡胶层厚度达到3 mm及以上时,样本阻燃性能达到欧盟EN45545-2标准;但随着阻燃橡胶层厚度的增加,样本的耐屈挠疲劳性能降低。随后通过二板法、90°剥离和层间黏合实验测试了常规橡胶、阻燃橡胶以及双层橡胶的黏接强度,结果表明,无论是橡胶与金属之间的黏合,还是橡胶之间的层间黏合,单种类阻燃橡胶或常规橡胶的黏接强度较强,而阻燃橡胶与常规橡胶双层橡胶之间的黏接强度相对较弱,但仍达到了行业要求的5 MPa,因此,阻燃橡胶和常规橡胶复合形成的双层橡胶具有较大的应用价值。In order to comprehensively and systematically study the bond strength between flame-retardant rubber and conventional of the adhesion rubber,internal conventional external flame-retardant rubber samples were prepared by segmented and multiple vulcanization technology.The flame-retardant properties of double-layer rubber samples were tested in accordance with EU EN45545-2.The results showed that the flame-retardant properties of the samples gradually increased with the thickness of the flame-retardant rubber.When the thickness of the flame-retardant rubber reached 3 mm and more,the flame-retardant properties of the samples reached the EU EN45545-2 standard.However,the flexion and fatigue resistance of the samples decreased with the increase of the thickness of the flame-retardant rubber.Finally,the bond strength of conventional rubber,flame-retardant rubber and double-layer rubber were tested by the two-plate method,90°stripping and inter-layer bonding tests.The results showed that the bond between rubber and metal was strong.The inter-layer between rubber was strong too.The bond strength of conventional rubber and flame retardant rubber were stronger,but the bond strength between the double layers rubbers was relatively weak.Nevertheless,the bond strength between the double-layer rubbers is above the 5 MPa which is required by the industry.Therefore,the double-layer rubber formed by the combination of flame retardant rubber and conventional rubber has great application value.
