摘  要:研究了二元乙丙橡胶乙烯含量、相对分子质量大小等因素对润滑油增稠性能及抗剪切性能的影响。结果表明,二元乙丙橡胶黏度指数改进剂剪切稳定常数在相对分子质量相同的情况下,随着乙烯含量的增加而减小。在乙烯含量相同的情况下,剪切稳定常数随着相对分子质量增大而增大。并进一步研究了机械剪切前后二元乙丙橡胶相对分子质量变化情况,为未来乙丙橡胶黏度指数改进剂开发提供了方向。The effects of ethylene content and relative molecular mass of ethylene propylene rubber on the thickening and shear resistance performance of lubricant oil were studied.The result has shown that the shear stability index of ethylene propylene rubber index improver decreases with the increase of ethylene content at the same molecular weight,and the shear stability index increases with increasing relative molecular mass at the same ethylene content.Further research was conducted on the relative molecular mass changes of ethylene propylene rubber before and after mechanical shear,providing direction for the future development of ethylene propylene rubber viscosity index improver.
