摘 要:以18-冠醚-6为模板剂,利用水热法合成Na,Cs-RHO分子筛。通过一价阳离子(H^(+),Na^(+),K^(+),Cs^(+))进行离子交换,使用XRD、SEM、N_(2)-BET和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP)表征分析。测定了常温下CO和CH_(4)的吸附等温曲线,并使用Langmuir模型拟合得到不同离子交换的RHO的吸附性能参数。结果表明,RHO的孔径不仅与阳离子半径有关,也与阳离子在骨架的空间占位相关。在所研究的RHO中,K^(+)的引入可以有效地交换占据在RHO骨架八元环中的Cs^(+),在调整了孔径大小的同时,通过与气体分子的强相互作用,极大地提高了CO/CH_(4)的选择性,因此K-RHO最具有分离CO/CH_(4)的潜力,为探寻变压吸附分离CO/CH_(4)的吸附剂提供了新的方向。Na,Cs-RHO zeolites were synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis using 18-crown-6 as the template agent.The ion exchange was performed by monovalent cations(H^(+),Na^(+),K^(+),Cs^(+))and they were characterized by XRD,SEM,N_(2)-BET and ICP.Isothermal curves of CO and CH_(4)adsorption at normal temperature were measured,and adsorption performance parameters of different ion-exchanged RHO were obtained by fitting the Langmuir model.The results showed that the pore size of RHO was not only related to the cation radius,but also to the space occupancy of the cation in the framework.In the studied RHO zeolites,the introduction of K^(+)can effectively exchange the Cs^(+)occupying the 8-membered ring of the RHO framework,adjusting the pore size.And the selectivity of CO/CH_(4)is greatly improved by the strong interaction between cations and gas molecules.Therefore,K-RHO has the most potential for the CO/CH_(4)separation,which explores a new direction in terms of adsorbents for the CO/CH_(4)separation in PSA process.
