摘　　要：离子液体因其独特的理化属性,引起了研究者的广泛关注。近年来,离子液体越来越多地应用在药学领域中,综述了离子液体在药物离子液体、药物合成、药物透皮转运方面的应用,分析了离子液体的毒性,阐明了离子液体在药学方面研究的发展趋势。Ionic liquids have attracted extensive attention of researchers due to their unique physical and chemical properties.In recent years,more and more ionic liquids have been applied in the field of pharmacy.This paper summarized the applications of ionic liquids in the active pharmaceutical ingredient ionic liquids(API-ILs),the drug synthesis,transdermal transport of drugs,analyzed the toxicity of ionic liquids,and the development trend of ionic liquids in pharmaceutical research was clarified.
