摘 要:工业大麻是一种传统经济作物,大麻二酚(Cannabidiol,CBD)是工业大麻中特有的萜烯酚类化合物,具有镇痛、抗炎、抗抑郁、调节免疫、抗肿瘤等丰富的药理活性,医疗潜力强大。国际市场上CBD供不应求,CBD产量的提升备受国际关注。文章主要从影响CBD含量的遗传调控机制、外界环境因素等角度出发,对近5年CBD研究进展进行归纳、梳理和阐述,以期为CBD增产的深入研究提供参考依据,同时为药用大麻产业的发展提供新思路。Industrial hemp is a traditional cash crop that contains a unique terpene phenolic com⁃pound known as cannabidiol(CBD).CBD exhibits significant medical potential and possesses diverse pharmacological activities,including analgesic,anti-inflammatory,antidepressant,immune-regulatory,and anti-tumor properties.CBD remains scarce in the global market,thus attracting international atten⁃tion towards enhancing its production.This review summarizes and elaborates the research progress on CBD content regulation in the past five years from the aspects of genetic mechanism and external environ⁃mental factors.The aim is to provide a valuable reference for further exploration into increasing CBD yield while offering novel insights for the development of the medicinal cannabis industry.
