摘　　要：林则徐组织的翻译活动有别于日常翻译活动。他的翻译实践是国家禁烟行动的有机组成部分,在翻译过程中,他遵循了符合国家战略需求的翻译选材原则,组织翻译西方报刊、文化和地理资料,以开阔国人眼界;组织翻译军事资料,以提高国家实力;组织翻译法律资料,以维护国家利益。他选择的翻译策略同样出于维护国家意志的现实需求——译文调整体现国家中心意识、译文纠正彰显国家主权意识、译文改写凸显国家自强意识、译文校正展示国家至上意识。林则徐翻译实践的国家性既是传统和现实交互作用的结果,也是文化观念和政治避险相互叠加的结果。The qualities displayed by the translation activities of Lin Zexu make it distinctive from the general translation activities.His translation practice itself is a part of the national anti-opium campaign.In the translation process,he followed the principle of selecting translation materials in line with the national strategic needs,organizing translating Western newspapers,periodicals,cultural and geographical materials to broaden the horizons of Chinese people,translating military materials to increase national strength,and translating legal materials to safeguard the interests of the state.The translation strategies he used reflect his determination to safeguard the will of the state;the translation adjustment demonstrates the national central consciousness;the translation correction highlights the national sovereignty consciousness;the translation rewriting shows the national self-improvement consciousness,and the translation correction embodies the national supremacy consciousness.This stateness quality is the result of the tradition and the reality and of the combined effects of the cultural concept and political risk evasion.
