三国地方武装叛乱与治理比较研究

摘　　要：三国时期,由地方豪霸、武人集团、乱民、非汉民族等群体引发的武装叛乱活动在南北政权间各有异同,产生着深刻影响。南北方叛乱的分布有一定的地形倾向性。面对叛乱,各政权积极应对,并尝试将叛乱军事力量化归己用,其中北方的教化效果更为明显。总体来说,北方得以恢复国力,增强了自身安定,加剧了南方的离心,同时统治者的个人素质与执政风格也牵动地方的稳定。南方非汉民族问题导致了地区叛乱多发,但蜀汉和孙吴境内又各有区别。蜀汉和孙吴版图的空间形态与地方安稳也不无关系。在关注三国外部军事对抗的同时,我们对各自统治区域内部存在的地方武装叛乱与治理进行比较总结,以期理解三国对峙下的地区异同以及治乱有别。During the Three Kingdoms period,the armed rebellions triggered by local tyrants,martial groups,rebels,and non-Han ethnic groups were different between the northern regime and the southern regime.These rebellions had a profound impact.The distribution of rebellions between the north and the south had a certain topographical tendency.In the face of rebellion,each regime responded positively and tried to convert the rebel military forces into its own.The effect is obvious in the north.Overall,the north was able to restore its national strength and enhance its own stability,exacerbating centrifugalism in the south,while the personal qualities and governing styles of the rulers also affected local stability.The ethnic problems of non-Han groups in the south led to a number of regional rebellions with differences between the Shu Han and Sun Wu territories.The spatial patterns of the Shu and Wu territories also had a bearing on local stability.While often focusing on the external military confrontation between the three states,a comparative summary of local armed rebellions and governance within their respective areas of domination is provided to understand the regional similarities and differences between the three states in their confrontation and governance.
