摘　　要：本文探究了一种以甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐为原药,1.9%有效成分含量的乳油。由于甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐原药为大环内酯类化合物,在极性物质条件下稳定性较差。本文对1.9%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐乳油制剂中的稳定性进行了重点研究^([1]),使制剂储存、使用达到国家标准要求。试验通过对不同溶剂及助溶剂、乳化剂、防冻剂、稳定剂、抗硬水剂等的筛选,得到最佳配方:S_(2)为溶剂,乳化剂为E_(1)+E_(5),其中E_(1)的含量为10%,E_(5)的含量为5%,稳定剂St4含量8%,抗硬水剂5%,试验结果表明1.9%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐乳油其各项理化指标均符合乳油标准要求^([2][3])。An emulsifiable concentrate(EC)formulation containing 1.9%active ingredient was prepared using emamectin benzoate as the raw material.Emamectin benzoate,being a macrolide compound,exhibited reduced stability under polar conditions.In this paper,the stability of 1.9%emamectin benzoate EC was studied to make sure the formulation meet the national standard^([1])in its storage and application.By exploring various solvents,cosolvents,emulsifiers,antifreeze agents,stabilizers and anti-hard water agents,the optimum formula was obtained,which contained S_(2)as the solvent,E_(1)+E_(5)as the emulsifier(with E_(1)at 10%and E_(5)at 5%),ST4 as stabilizer at 8%,and 5%anti-hard water agent.The test results showed that all the physical and chemical parameters of 1.9%emamectin benzoate EC meet the requirements of EC formulation^([2][3]).
