摘　　要：文章旨在研究益生菌酵素制剂对断奶仔猪肠道微生物菌群及代谢能力的影响,试验选择体重近似、性别比例固定的60只出生仅20日的健康三元杂交仔猪作为研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组、试验组。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂基础日粮+益生菌酵素制剂。结果表明,试验组仔猪十二指肠、空肠和回肠的绒毛高度及绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值均高于对照组,且其肠道中Observed species、Shannon、Simpson、Chao1、Ace和PD whole tree等指数均高于对照组,且具有显著差异(P<0.05)。对其进一步分析可知,益生菌酵素制剂可对代谢物中的氨基酸、胺氧化物类等产生抑制作用,对内源性代谢途径有较大干扰。To regulate the intestinal function of piglets and restore intestinal health,a study was conducted on the effects of probiotic enzyme preparations on the gut microbiota and metabolic capacity of weaned piglets.Sixty healthy ternary hybrid piglets born only 20 days old with similar body weight and fixed gender ratio were selected as the research subjects,and they were evenly divided into a control group and an experimental group.For the control group fed with basic diet,for the experimental group fed with basic diet+probiotic enzyme preparation.The experimental results showed that the villus height and villus height/crypt depth ratio of the duodenum,jejunum,and ileum of piglets in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the observed specifications,Shannon,Simpson,Chao1,Ace,and PD whole tree indices in their intestines were higher than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Further analysis shows that probiotic enzyme preparations can inhibit amino acids,amine oxides,and other metabolites,causing significant interference with endogenous metabolic pathways.
