摘 要:文章旨在研究猪源乳酸杆菌-枯草芽孢杆菌-壳寡糖合生元(LAB-BS-COS)对育肥猪生长性能、血液生化指标和养分表观消化率的影响。试验选取平均体重为(70±5)kg的“长×大”二元杂交育肥猪90头,随机分为对照组(基础日粮)、合生元1组(基础日粮+0.05%LAB+0.05%BS+0.01%COS)、合生元2组(基础日粮+0.1%LAB+0.1%BS+0.02%COS),每组5个重复,每重复6头猪,试验为期28 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,合生元2组的ADG显著高于对照组(P <0.05),其余生产性能指标无显著差异(P> 0.05);合生元组的TG含量显著低于对照组(P <0.05),合生元2组BUN含量显著低于对照组(P <0.05),其余血液生化指标无显著差异(P> 0.05);合生元组的粗脂肪消化率显著低于对照组(P <0.05);合生元组钙和总磷的消化率均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。综上所述,在育肥猪日粮中添加该合生元可促进育肥猪生长,降低血液TC、TG水平,减少粗脂肪代谢,促进钙和磷等养分消化吸收。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Synbiotics which were formed by Lactobacillus(LAB)of pig origin,Bacillus subtilis(BS)and Chitosan oligosaccharide(COS)on growth performance,blood biochemical and nutrient apparent digestibility in fattening pigs.A total of 90“Landrace×Yorkshire”fattening pigs with an average body weight of 70 kg±5 kg were divided into control group(Basal diet)and two experimental groups(Synbiotic group 1:Basic diet+0.05%LAB+0.05%BS+0.01%COS;Synbiotic group 2:Basic diet+0.1%LAB+0.1%BS+0.02%COS)which contained 5 replicates in each group and 6 pigs in each replicate.The experimental period was 28 d.The results showed that compared with the control group,the ADG of synbiotic group 2 was significantly higher than the control group’s(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in other performance indicators(P>0.05);The TG of the synbiotic groups were significantly lower than the control group’s(P<0.05),and BUN of the synbiotic group 2 was significantly lower than the control group’s(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in other blood biochemical indicators(P>0.05);The crude fat digestibility of the synbiotic groups were significantly lower than the control group’s(P<0.05),the calcium and phosphorus digestibility of the synbiotic group were significantly higher than the control group’s(P<0.05).In summary,adding the synbiotic to the diet of fattening pigs can promote growth,reduce TC and TG levels,reduce crude fat metabolism,and promote the digestion and absorption of nutrients such as calcium and phosphorus.
