摘 要:文章旨在研究基础日粮中不同水平发酵蛋白桑对奶牛生产性能、血清生化指标及瘤胃发酵参数的影响。试验选择80头泌乳中期的荷斯坦奶牛,确保奶牛的年龄、产奶量、胎次相近。将其随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复5头。对照组(CON组)奶牛采用基础日粮饲喂,其余3组分别以10%、20%、30%发酵蛋白桑替代基础日粮中的青贮玉米,并记为L组、M组、H组。试验为期90 d。结果显示,(1)M组奶牛的干物质采食量、产奶量和4%标准乳数值最高,且均显著高于H组(P<0.05);(2)M组、H组奶牛血清中总蛋白、白蛋白显著高于CON组、L组(P<0.05),M组奶牛血清中低密度脂蛋白数值最低,且显著低于CON组(P<0.05);(3)随着发酵蛋白桑替代比例的提高,乙酸和乙丙比呈下降趋势(P<0.10)。结论:以20%发酵蛋白桑替代基础日粮中的青贮玉米能提高奶牛生产性能,改善奶牛血清生化指标。This experiment aims to investigate the effects of different levels of fermented protein mulberry in the basic diet on the production performance,serum biochemical indicators,and rumen fermentation parameters of dairy cows.Select 80 Holstein cows in mid lactation to ensure that their age,milk production,and parity are similar.Randomly divide them into 4 groups,each with 4 replicates,each with 5 replicates.The control group(CON group)was fed with a basic diet,while the other three groups were fed with 10%,20%,and 30%fermented protein mulberry instead of silage corn in the basic diet,and were recorded as L group,M group,and H group.The experiment lasted for 90 days.The results showed that:(1)Group M had the highest dry matter intake,milk production,and 4%standard milk values,and were significantly higher than Group H(P<0.05);(2)The total protein and albumin in the serum of cows in the M and H groups were significantly higher than those in the CON and L groups(P<0.05),while the low-density lipoprotein value in the serum of cows in the M group was the lowest and significantly lower than that in the CON group(P<0.05);(3)As the replacement ratio of fermented protein mulberry increases,the ratio of acetic acid to ethylene propylene shows a downward trend(P<0.10).Conclusion:Replacing silage corn in the basic diet with 20%fermented protein mulberry can improve the production performance of dairy cows and improve their serum biochemical indicators.
