摘  要:文章旨在研究日粮添加不同水平玉米DDGS对仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及肠道组织形态的影响。试验选取200头体质健康、日龄相同、体重相近的去势仔猪,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10头。对照组(CON组)参考《猪营养需要量》(NRC)配制基础日粮,T1、T2、T3组参考豆粕减量替代方法,在基础日粮中分别添加10%、20%、30%的玉米DDGS。试验为期30 d。结果表明:(1)与CON组相比,T3组仔猪的末重、平均日增重显著降低(P<0.05),且平均日采食量显著提高(P<0.05)。CON组、T1组、T2组仔猪的末重、平均日增重均无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)与CON组相比,T3组仔猪血清中总蛋白、免疫球蛋白G含量显著降低(P<0.05),T1组、T2组仔猪血清中总蛋白、免疫球蛋白G含量低于CON组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。(3)与CON组相比,T2组、T3组十二指肠绒毛高度、空肠绒毛高度、空肠绒隐比值显著降低(P<0.05),且十二指肠隐窝深度显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,日粮添加10%、20%玉米DDGS对仔猪生长性能和血清免疫无负面影响,但使用时需要注意肠道健康的保护。This experiment aims to investigate the effects of adding different levels of corn DDGS to the diet on the growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,and intestinal tissue morphology of piglets.Select 200 castrated piglets with healthy constitution,same age,and similar weight,and randomly divide them into 4 groups,with 5 replicates in each group,with 10 piglets in each replicate.The control group(CON group)was allocated a basic diet based on the“Pig Nutrition Requirement”(NRC),while the T1,T2,and T3 groups were allocated a soybean meal reduction alternative method.10%,20%,and 30%corn DDGS were added to the basic diet,respectively.The experimental period is 30 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the CON group,the final weight and average daily gain of the T3 group piglets were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the average daily feed intake was significantly increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the final weight and average daily gain of piglets among the CON,T1,and T2 groups(P>0.05).(2)Compared with the CON group,the total protein and immunoglobulin G contents in the serum of piglets in the T3 group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The total protein and immunoglobulin G contents in the serum of piglets in the T1 and T2 groups were lower than those in the CON group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).(3)Compared with the CON group,the duodenal villus height,jejunal villus height,and jejunal crypt ratio in the T2 and T3 groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the depth of duodenal crypt was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the conditions of this experiment,adding 10%and 20%corn DDGS to the diet did not have a negative impact on the growth performance and serum immunity of piglets,but attention should be paid to the protection of intestinal health during use.
