摘 要:文章旨在分析茶叶下脚料对育肥猪生长性能和血清生化指标的影响,试验将120头3月龄育肥猪随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,P1、P2和P3组分别在基础日粮中添加2.0、4.0、6.0g/kg茶叶下脚料,试验为期35 d。试验结果表明,各组末重和料重比无显著差异(P> 0.05);P1、P2和P3组日平均增重、日平均采食量显著高于对照组(P <0.05),且P2组日平均增重、日平均采食量显著高于P1、P3组(P <0.05);各组血清葡萄糖、血肌酐、碱性磷酸酶、高密度脂蛋白等指标无显著差异(P> 0.05),P1、P2和P3组尿素氮、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白显著低于对照组(P <0.05),其中P2组尿素氮、甘油三酯和LDL-C显著低于对照组、P1组和P3组(P <0.05),P2组白蛋白、球蛋白显著高于对照组、P1组和P3组(P <0.05)。本次试验结果表明,在育肥猪基础日粮中添加茶叶下脚料能通过调节血清生化指标而改善猪只生长性能,其中以4.0 g/kg添加量的效果最佳。The study aims to analyze the effect of tea scraps on the growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of finishing pigs,For this purpose,1203-month-old finishing pigs were included,Randomized into 4 groups,Three replicates in each group,10 heads for each replicate,The control group was fed the basal diet,Groups P1,P2 and P3 added 2.0,4.0,6.0 g/kg tea scraps to the base diet,Test period of 35d.The results showed that there were no significant differences in final weight and feed to gain ratio among all groups(P>0.05).The average daily weight gain and average daily feed intake in groups P1,P2 and P3 were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the average daily weight gain and average daily feed intake in group P2 were higher than those in groups P1 and P3(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum glucose,serum creatinine,alkaline phosphatase and high density lipoprotein among all groups(P>0.05).Urea nitrogen,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein in groups P1,P2 and P3 were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Urea nitrogen,triglyceride and LDL-C in group P2 were significantly lower than those in control group,P1 and P3 groups(P<0.05),albumin and globulin in group P2 were significantly higher than those in control group,P1 and P3 groups(P<0.05).The results of this experiment showed that adding tea waste to the basic diet of fattening pigs could improve the growth performance of pigs by adjusting serum biochemical indexes,and the best addition effect was 4.0 g/kg.
