摘 要:文章总结了在国家大力推行智能建造的环境下,项目如何通过“图模联动审查软件”自主研发;智能参数化编程;以及全景相机、三维激光扫描技术应用等一系列实践探索,实现模型竣工交付质量与效率的大幅提升。通过探索各类智能设备与信息化技术结合应用的方法,既满足了建设单位对竣工模型高质量交付的要求,也为项目带来了显著经济效益,同时可为行业同类项目的模型竣工交付方法提供有效经验参考。This paper summarizes how to independently research and develop the project through graph-model linkage review software under the context that intelligent construction is called for the country.Moreover,the paper also explores intelligent parametric programming,the application of panoramic camera,and 3D laser scanning technology,etc.,which greatly improves the quality and efficiency of completion delivery model.The methods which combines the application of various kinds of intelligent equipment and information technology not only meets the requirements of construction units for high-quality delivery of completed models,but also brings significant economic benefits to the project.What’s more,it can provide a practical reference for the completion delivery model of similar projects in the industry.
