摘 要:模具在现代工业生产中有着重要地位,而增材制造技术出现和产业化应用为模具行业带来了变革.本文对目前模具行业应用较多的增材制造技术,包括喷射粘结成形、选择性激光烧结、选择性激光融化和光固化成形进行了原理简述.同时,根据增材制造技术在模具行业的2个典型应用方向(模具快速原型制造和高性能模具零件制造),分析了增材制造技术在其中的具体应用方法,并对国内外相关研究成果进行了综述,总结出增材制造技术在模具行业进行批量化应用所需要解决的关键问题是:如何通过对原材料、工艺和设备的研究来提高增材制造技术相比于传统制造技术的性价比.最后对增材制造技术在模具行业的未来发展进行了展望.Die and mold play the important role in modern industrial production,and the appearance and industrialization of additive manufacturing technology has brought changes to the die and mold industry.In this paper,the main additive manufacturing technologies applied in die and mold industry,including binder jetting,selective laser sintering,selective laser melting and stereo lithography appearance,are briefly introduced.At the same time,according to two typical application fields of additive manufacturing technology,namely“mold rapid prototyping manufacturing”and“high performance parts manufacturing”,the specific application methods of additive manufacturing technology were analyzed,and the relevant research results at home and abroad were summarized.Finally,the key problem to be solved in the mass application of additive manufacturing technology in die and mold industry is“how to improve the cost performance of additive manufacturing technology compared with traditional manufacturing technology through the study of raw materials,process and equipment”,and the future development of additive manufacturing technology in the mold industry is prospected.
