摘  要:华中地区某炼化公司8000 kt/a常减压装置减压塔在投产后第2个运行周期的中后期全塔压降明显升高,严重影响装置平稳操作和总拔出率。经分析,主要是由于减压塔的洗涤段结焦造成气相通道减小、压降攀升,导致进料段的闪蒸量减小、减压塔拔出率降低。2017年大检修时,对洗涤段填料进行了床层高度改造和耐蚀抗焦表面处理。改造后1个周期内,减压塔的压降和装置拔出率平稳。2021年再次检修时发现,填料结焦情况得到明显改善。上述改造成果说明,应用表面改性技术并配合操作的调整,能有效减缓洗涤段填料表面的结焦趋势,避免因为减压塔压降升高造成的拔出率降低,经济效益显著。In a refining and chemical company in central China,the pressure drop in the vacuum tower of an 8.0 M/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit increased significantly in the middle and late stages of the second operation cycle after commissioning,which seriously affected the smooth operation of the unit and the total distillate yield.Through analysis,this was mainly caused by the coking in the washing section of the vacuum tower which resulted in the reduction of the gas-phase channel and the rise of the pressure drop,thereby leading to the reduction of the flash volume in the feed section and the decrease of the distillate yield of the vacuum tower.During the major overhaul in 2017,the bed height of the packing was modified and the corrosion and coking resistant surface treatment were carried out on the packing of the washing section.The pressure drop in the vacuum tower and the distillate yield of the unit were stable for 1 cycle after the modification.And coking of the packing was found to be significantly improved in the overhaul in 2021.The transformation results show that the application of surface modification technology,in combination with the adjustment of operation,can effectively slow down the coking trend of the packing surface in the washing section,avoid the reduction of the distillate yield due to the increase of the pressure drop of the vacuum tower,and achieve remarkable economic benefits.
