浮箱破拆器在浮箱式浮盘上的应用

摘　　要：随着环保形势的日趋严峻,可防止油品挥发的全接液浮盘在内浮顶储罐中得到广泛应用,其中的箱式浮盘使用效果相对较好。但是箱式浮盘在长期使用过程中,因腐蚀或应力作用,可能会有介质渗入箱体内部。由于渗入的介质具有可燃性,给储罐检修带来较大的安全隐患。文章主要介绍了新型浮箱破拆器在箱式浮盘破拆过程中的应用,通过与传统处理方法进行对比,得出浮箱破拆器是目前国内箱式浮盘最优、最安全的处置方式的结论。该破拆器的应用解决了目前箱式浮盘有介质进入后难以处理的问题。With the increasingly severe environmental protection situation,the full-connection liquid floating deck which can prevent oil volatilization is widely used in the internal floating roof storage tank.Among such decks,the pontoon floating deck is relatively good.However,during the long-term use of the pontoon floating deck,the medium of the floating tank may infiltrate into the pontoon due to corrosion or stress.Since the infiltrated medium is combustible,this poses a major safety hazard to tank maintenance.This paper mainly introduces the application of the new pontoon breaker in the process of breaking and dismantling of pontoon floating deck.Through the comparison with the traditional treatment methods,it is concluded that the pontoon breaker is the best and safest treatment method for the pontoon floating deck in China.The application of such breaker solves the problem of difficult treatment after the medium is introduced into the pontoon floating deck.
