摘　　要：基于“CDIO+工程教育认证”背景,从地方高校建筑学专业应用型人才培养现状、提高工程素质能力和建筑产业需求出发,以应用型人才培养的改革探索与实践经验为基础,结合本校建筑学专业实际情况,围绕“CDIO+工程教育认证”人才培养体系构建、理论与实践教学体系建设、教学模式创新及教学方法改革、教学考核评价等几方面进行应用型人才培养模式建设研究。Based on the background of"CDIO+Engineering Education Certification",starting from the current situation of training applied talents for architecture majors in local universities,improving engineering quality and ability,and the needs of the construction industry,Based on the reform exploration and practical experience in the training of applied talents,combined with the actual situation of the architecture major of the university,the paper conducts a research on the construction of the training model of applied talents from the aspects of the construction of the talent training system of"CDIO+Engineering education certification",the construction of the theoretical and practical teaching system,the innovation of teaching mode and the reform of teaching methods,and the assessment and evaluation of teaching.
