摘 要:本文对新政策下工业废水的产生、治理及回收利用进行了分析。首先,研究了工业废水的来源、组成和对环境及人类健康的影响。然后,探讨了常见的工业废水治理技术和新兴技术,包括物理、化学和生物处理等方法。接着,介绍了工业废水回收利用的意义和优势以及不同的回收利用技术路径,并进一步分析了新政策对工业废水排放的限制和要求及其对回收利用技术和结果的促进作用。最后,讨论了工业废水治理和回收利用面临的问题与挑战,并提出了解决问题的建议,包括技术改进、经济激励、政策支持和加强监管等方面,为进一步推动工业废水管理和资源回收利用提供了参考。This paper analyzes the generation,treatment and recycling of industrial wastewater under the new policy.Firstly,the source and composition of industrial wastewater and its influence on the environment and human health are studied.Then,the common industrial wastewater treatment technologies and emerging technologies are discussed,including physical,chemical and biological treatment methods.Then,the significance and advantages of industrial wastewater recycling are introduced,as well as different recycling technology paths.Furthermore,the restrictions and requirements of the new policy on industrial wastewater discharge,as well as the promotion of recycling technology and results are further analyzed.Finally,the problems and challenges facing the treatment and recycling of industrial wastewater are discussed,and suggestions are put forward to solve the problems,including technological improvement,economic incentives,policy support and strengthening supervision,etc.,which provides references for further promoting the management of industrial wastewater and resource recycling.
