摘  要:污染物监测是指运用物理、化学、生物等现代科学技术方法,间断或连续地对环境化学污染物及物理和生物污染等因素进行现场监测和测定,并做出正确的环境质量评价。本文建立了气相色谱质谱法测定环境评价水质中二苯胺的含量。样品经过二氯甲烷萃取、净化、氮吹浓缩后,定容至1.0 mL,并采用气相色谱质谱法进行测定。结果表明,二苯胺的线性关系良好,相关系数达到0.9997,检出限为0.1μg/L,不同浓度的加标回收率为70.0%~83.0%。同时测得精密度(相对标准偏差)为1.4%~1.9.%。该方法操作简单方便,重现性好,回收率符合要求,精密度高,能够有效检测环境评价水质中的二苯胺。Pollutant monitoring refers to on-site monitoring and measurement of environmental chemistry pollutants and physical and biological pollution and other factors intermittently or continuously by using modern scientific and technological methods such as physics,chemistry and biology,and making correct environmental quality assessment.This article establishes a gas chromatographymass spectrometry method for determining the content of diphenylamine in environmental evaluation water quality.The sample is extracted by dichloromethane,purified,concentrated by nitrogen blowing,and then fixed to 1.0 mL for determination by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.The results showed that the linear relationship of Diphenylamine was good,the correlation coefficient reached 0.9997,and the detection limit was 0.1μg/L,the recovery rate of spiked samples with different concentrations ranges from 70.0% to 83.0%.The precision(relative standard deviation)measured simultaneously was 1.4% to 1.9%.The method is simple and convenient,with good reproducibility,satisfactory recovery and high precision,and can effectively detect Diphenylamine in environmental assessment water quality.
