摘 要:目的:处理电镀重金属污水。方法:制备含Ni、Cr、Zn、Pb、Sn离子的模拟电镀重金属污水,利用电化学技术对污水中的重金属离子进行电催化氧化降解处理,处理后测定污水中重金属离子浓度,从而计算出重金属离子的去除率,反映污水处理效果。结果:电镀污水中重金属离子去除率随电流密度的增加而增大;电镀污水中重金属离子去除率随氧化剂浓度的增加而增大;在电镀污水初始pH值为1~7时,重金属离子去除率随pH值的增大而增大,在电镀污水初始pH值为7~14时,重金属离子去除率随pH值的增大而减小。结论:在电流密度为50 A/cm^(2)、氧化剂浓度为6.0 g/L、污水初始pH值为7时,电镀重金属污水处理效果最佳。Objective:To treat electroplating heavy metal sewage.Methods:The simulated electroplating heavy metal sewage containing Ni,Cr,Zn,Pb,and Sn ions was prepared by electrochemical technology.After treatment,the concentration of heavy metal ions in the sewage was determined,so as to calculate the removal rate of heavy metal ions and reflect the effect of sewage treatment.Results:The removal rate of heavy metal ions in electroplating sewage increases with the increase of current density;the removal rate of heavy metal ions in electroplating sewage increases with the increase of oxidant concentration;when the initial pH value of electroplating wastewater is 1~7,the pH value of the heavy metal ions increases,and the initial pH value of heavy metal ions decreases with the increase of pH value is 7~14.Conclusion:When the current density is 50 A/cm^(2),the concentration of oxidant is 6.0 g/L,and the initial pH value of sewage is 7,the treatment effect of electroplating heavy metal sewage is the best.
