摘　　要：随着社会经济和工业事业的不断发展,固体废物种类和数量也呈现出不断增加的趋势,给自然生态环境带来极大的影响。加强固体废物环境影响评价工作,可以更好地评估固体废物对水体、土壤和大气环境产生的影响及其发展趋势,并在此基础上实现对污染问题的有效控制与治理,最终实现社会、经济和生态协调发展的目标。本文联系固体废物的种类、来源及影响,对固体废物环境影响评价工作开展的重要性进行细致阐述,并围绕固体废物环境影响评价工作中出现的问题,从明确固体废物界定标准、采用有效的评价方法、确保评价报告全面等方面入手,提出几点有效的优化措施,以供参考。With the continuous development of social economy and industrial undertakings,the types and quantity of solid waste also show an increasing trend,which has a great impact on the natural ecological environment.After strengthening the environmental impact assessment of solid waste,the impact characteristics and development trend of solid waste on water,soil and atmospheric environment can be better evaluated,and on this basis,realize the effective control and treatment of pollution problems,and finally achieve the coordinated development goal of society,economy and ecology.In this paper,the kinds of contact,source and influence of solid waste,the importance of environmental impact assessment of solid waste,and around the solid waste environmental impact assessment work revealed problems,from clear solid waste definition standard,using effective evaluation method,to ensure the evaluation report comprehensive,put forward some effective optimization measures,for reference.
