摘　　要：为了进一步细化可操作措施、提升区域污染天气应对落实水平,形成包括污染天气应急应对响应在内的污染天气应急减排防控措施清单,并对污染源逐一明确任务,形成具操作性的措施清单并督促企事业单位进一步落实应急减排措施,履行生态环境保护责任。本文在分析某区域污染天气应急减排防控措施成果的基础上,通过发现问题、分析原因,提供解决建议,进一步完善区域环境管理。In order to further refine operational measures,improve the implementation level of regional pollution weather response,form a list of pollution weather emergency emission reduction and control measures,including pollution weather emergency response,clarify tasks for each pollution source,form an operational measure list,and urge enterprises and institutions to further implement emergency emission reduction measures and fulfill their ecological and environmental protection responsibilities,based on the analysis of the results of emergency emission reduction and control measures for polluted weather in a certain region,by identifying problems,analyzing causes,and providing solutions,further improving regional environmental management.
