准地表Ⅲ类水标准的城镇污水厂改扩工程设计

摘  要:本文以广东省某污水处理厂为例,原设计规模3×10^(4) m^(3)/d,出水标准执行国家《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级标准(A标准),改扩建后规模扩容至6×10^(4) m^(3)/d,并将出水排放标准提高至《地表水环境质量标准》中的Ⅲ类水标准。改扩建工程采用“AAO微曝氧化沟+曝气生物滤池+高效沉淀池+超滤膜过滤”工艺设计。在出水水质标准大幅度提高、设计规模扩大的情况下,以较低的工程投资实现了对该厂的改造。本设计对于同类型污水处理厂的改扩建工作具有借鉴意义。This paper take existing wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in Guangdong Province as an example,it has a designed capacity of 3×10^(4) m^(3)/d,and the effluent standard is the first level A standard in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002),and its capacity will increase to 6×10^(4) m^(3)/d after expansion and upgrading.on the other hand,the effluent discharge standards will be raised to class Ⅲ water standards of the Environmental quality standards for surface water.the process of“AAO micro aeration oxidation ditch,Biological aerated filter,High efficiency sedimentation tank and Ultrafiltration membrane filtration”was adopted in the expansion and upgrading project.In the case of effluent quality standards improved and scale expansion designed,to realize transformation of the plant with low engineering investment.This project can be used for reference for the expansion and upgrading project of the same types of WWTP.
