摘 要:储能系统参与调峰作为推进新能源发展的全新手段,备受行业瞩目。在综合考量储能用户满意度、新能源调峰实际需求的基础上,加强对电力系统调峰运营模式的优化力度十分必要。从基于储能用户的新能源调峰模型入手,分别从新能源侧、储能用户侧、电网侧进行投标模型分析。得出非联合运营模式下A地用户经济效应减少52.63%、B地用户经济效应减少72.48%;A地区在联合模式下对新能源的吸纳能力提升6.87%、B地区在联合模式下对新能源的吸纳能力提升23.01%等结论,对验证双边交易调峰运营模式的有效性具有重要意义,能够为电网公司调峰运营模式的持续优化提供参考。As a new means to promote the development of new energy,the participation of energy storage system in peak load balancing has attracted much attention from the industry.On the basis of comprehensive consideration of the satisfaction of energy storage users and the actual demand of new energy peak regulation,it is necessary to strengthen the optimization of the operation mode of power system peak regulation.Starting with the new energy peaking model,based on energy storage users,the paper analyzes the bidding model of new energy,energy storage users and power grid respectively.In the non-joint operation mode,the economic effect of users in A and B decreased by 52.63% and 72.48% respectively.The conclusions,such as 6.87% increase in the absorption capacity of new energy in region A and 23.01% increase in the absorption capacity of new energy in region B under the joint mode,are of great significance to verify the effectiveness of the bilateral transaction peak regulation operation mode,which can provide a reference for the continuous optimization of the peak regulation operation mode of power grid companies.
