基于IPA分析的口袋公园景观评价研究——以石林县城为例

摘　　要：城市口袋公园正在步入存量更新时代,大量建设后导致没有空闲场地进行绿地规划,更新改造口袋公园在这样的契机下应运而生。通过对使用者的重要性满意度调查,探究了口袋公园景观要素和园内设施是否达到使用者满意的程度。基于石林县城口袋公园景观进行实地调查与问卷调查,通过因子分析建立了石林县城口袋公园景观评价体系,最终运用IPA分析法得出了重点改造区域分别为:入口广场、景观小品、植物观赏性、景观风格与街区环境融合性;次要调整区域是照明设施、冬季日照范围、园内地域文化性。基于研究结果,针对性地对石林县城口袋公园景观更新改造提出了优化建议。Urban pocket park is stepping into the era of stock renewal.After a large number of construction led to no free space for green space planning,the renewal and transformation of pocket park came into being under such an opportunity.Through the survey on the importance of users'satisfaction,this paper explores whether the landscape elements and facilities in the pocket park have reached the user's satisfaction.Based on the field investigation and questionnaire survey of the pocket park landscape in Shilin County,the landscape evaluation system of the pocket park in Shilin County was established through factor analysis.Finally,IPA analysis was used to obtain the key areas of transformation:entrance square,landscape sketch,plant appreciation,landscape style and block environment integration;The secondary adjustment areas are lighting facilities,winter sunshine range,and regional culture in the park.Based on the research results,this paper puts forward some optimization suggestions for the landscape renovation of pocket park in Shilin County.
