摘 要:在自然界中,土壤盐碱条件经常共存,而关于碱性和盐碱土壤对植物的影响了解甚少。为研究这方面的影响,进行了一项实验,其中包括对照组以及3种影响条件:盐性、碱性和混合盐-碱性。旨在确定这些胁迫条件对荷木生长、养分积累和根系结构的影响。结果表明:盐性和碱性对荷木的生长产生了类似的不利影响,而混合盐-碱性胁迫的效果是协同的。单独或与NaHCO_(3)混合的盐性处理导致荷木叶片中钠的积累显著增加,并降低了钾的浓度。相反,在仅用NaHCO_(3)处理的植物中,钠水平和钠/钾比保持相对稳定。在不添加NaCl的情况下,高pH值不影响脯氨酸的积累,但盐性和混合胁迫处理会增加脯氨酸的积累。In nature,soil saline alkali conditions often coexist.However,little is known about the effects of alkaline and saline alkali soils on plants.In order to study the influence of this aspect,an experiment was carried out,including the control group and three influence conditions:salt,alkaline and mixed salt alkaline.The aim was to determine the effects of these stress conditions on the growth,nutrient accumulation and root structure of Theaceae.The experimental results showed that salt and alkaline had similar adverse effects on the growth of Theaceae,while the effect of mixed salt alkaline stress was synergistic.Salt treatment alone or mixed with NaHCO_(3) resulted in a significant increase in sodium accumulation and a decrease in potassium concentration in Theaceae leaves.In contrast,in plants treated with NaHCO_(3) alone,the sodium level and the sodium/potassium ratio remained relatively stable.In the absence of NaCl,high pH did not affect proline accumulation,but salt and mixed stress treatments increased proline accumulation.
