施磷对杉木苗木生物量的影响

摘  要:杉木因其生长速度快,木材品质优良,在造林工作中应用广泛。为分析杉木苗木培育中,施磷对杉木苗木生物量的影响,通过施磷试验,分析了不同施磷量条件下杉木苗木不同生物量的差异及施肥量与杉木苗木不同生物量的关系。结果表明:不同施磷量对杉木苗木根、茎、叶片和总生物量均存在显著影响(P<0.05);6 g/株条件下杉木苗木的根生物量最大,3个不同施磷量条件下杉木苗木的茎生物量无差异均最大,施磷量为4 g/株和6 g/株条件下的杉木苗木叶片和总生物量最高,空白对照(0 g/株)条件下的杉木苗木根、茎、叶片和总生物量均最低;4种不同的施肥量与生物量的方程拟合效果均良好,且通过了显著性检验(P<0.05)。综上所述,杉木苗木生物量受施磷量的显著影响,4种不同的生物量均呈随施磷量增加显著增加,随后增长减缓的趋势;4种不同的施肥量与生物量的方程可用于描述0~6 g/株条件下施肥量与杉木苗木不同生物量的关系。Cunninghamia lanceolata is widely used in afforestation due to its fast growth rate and high-quality timber.To analyze the effect of phosphorus application on the biomass of Cunninghamia lanceolata seedlings during nursery cultivation,this study conducted phosphorus application experiments and analyzed differences in various biomass metrics of Cunninghamia lanceolata seedlings under different phosphorus application rates,as well as the relationship between application rates and seedling biomass.The results showed that different phosphorus application rates had significant impacts on root,stem,leaf,and total biomass of Cunninghamia lanceolata seedlings(P<0.05).Root biomass was highest at 6 g/plant,while stem biomass showed no difference among the three application rates and was highest overall.Leaf and total biomass were highest at 4 g/plant and 6 g/plant,while the control(0 g/plant)had the lowest root,stem,leaf,and total biomass.The fitting effects of the regression equations between application rate and biomass were good for all four-biomass metrics,and passed significance testing(P<0.05).In summary,Cunninghamia lanceolata seedling biomass was significantly affected by phosphorus application rate,with all four-biomass metrics increasing significantly and then slowing with increasing application rate.The equation describing the relationship between the four different fertilizer application rates and the biomass can be used to describe the relationship between the application rate and the biomass of Cunninghamia lanceolata seedlings under the conditions of 0 to 6 g/plant.
