摘　　要：在石油企业运营的过程中,海外石油工程项目国际采购管理工作是十分重要的环节,这对企业的可持续发展有着十分重要的作用,在当下海外石油工程项目国际采购管理过程中还存在一些问题导致海外石油工程采购并没有充分发挥其作用,最终无法精准把控企业的运营成本。因此,对海外石油工程项目国际采购管理平台进行开发,充分发挥平台优势意义重大,通过对海外石油工程项目国际采购物资仓储开展统一管理,可使海外石油工程项目国际采购管理过程中责任更加明确,流程更加清晰,管理更加高效。In the process of operation of petroleum enterprises,international procurement management of overseas petroleum engineering projects is a very important link,which plays a very important role in the sustainable development of enterprises.Currently,there are still some problems in the international procurement management of overseas petroleum engineering projects,which leads to the failure of overseas petroleum engineering procurement to fully play its role.Ultimately,it is impossible to accurately control the operating costs of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop the international procurement management platform for overseas petroleum engineering projects and give full play to the advantages of the platform.Through unified management of the storage ofinternational procurement materials for overseas petroleum engineering projects,the responsibilities in the international procurement management process of overseas petroleum engineering projects will be clearer,the process will be clearer,and the management will be more efficient.
