摘 要:针对现有高压蒸汽流量计的设计、安装不能满足工业现场计量的需求,文章提出一种适合工业现场的提高高压蒸汽流量计计量准确性的方法。文章从高压蒸汽流量计的现场测量应用的角度出发,阐述高压蒸汽流量计设计、安装、管线材质等应具备的性能,影响流量计现场测量准确性的主要原因,并提出具体的方法、措施,提高高压蒸汽流量测量的准确性。In response to the inability of the design and installation of existing high-pressure steam flow meters to meet the measurement needs ofindustrial sites,this article proposes a method suitable for industrial sites to improve the measurement accuracy of high-pressure steam flow meters.From the perspective of on-site measurement application of high-pressure steam flow meters,this article elaborates on the performance that high-pressure steam flow meters should have in terms of design,installation,pipeline materials,etc.The main reasons that affect the accuracy of on-site measurement of flow meters are discussed,and specific methods and measures are proposed to improve the accuracy of high-pressure steam flow measurement.
