摘  要:煤化工高盐废水是煤化工生产过程中产生的一种难以处理的废水类型,其含有高浓度的盐类物质,对环境和人类健康造成严重威胁。文章旨在探究煤化工高盐废水处理过程中的腐蚀问题,并提出相应的防腐蚀管理方法。首先介绍了煤化工高盐废水的特点,包括高盐浓度、复杂的成分和高酸碱性等。然后分析了高盐废水处理存在的问题,如:设备腐蚀、系统性能下降和处理效果不理想等。接着讨论了腐蚀对高盐废水处理系统的影响,包括设备损坏、金属离析和废水质量恶化等。针对这些问题,提出了一系列的防腐蚀管理方法,包括材料选择与涂层技术、抑制腐蚀剂的选择与添加、水质调控和处理工艺优化以及监测与维护管理策略。最后,通过一个煤化工厂的实践案例,评估了防腐蚀管理方法的实际应用效果。High-salt wastewater of coal chemical industry is a kind of wastewater type which is difficult to treat in the process of coal chemical industry production.It contains high concentration of salt substances,which poses a serious threat to the environment and human health.The purpose of this paper is to explore the corrosion problems in the treatment of high salt wastewater in coal chemical industry,and put forward the corresponding anti-corrosion management methods.Firstly,the characteristics of high salt wastewater in coal chemical industry are introduced,including high salt concentration,complex composition and high acid and alkali.Then the problems in the treatment of high salt wastewater are analyzed,such as equipment corrosion,system performance degradation and unsatisfactory treatment effect.Then,the effects of corrosion on the treatment system of high salt wastewater,including equipment damage,metal segregation and wastewater quality deterioration,are discussed.To solve these problems,a series of anti-corrosion management methods are put forward,including material selection and coating technology,selection and addition of anti-corrosive agents,water quality control and treatment process optimization,and monitoring and maintenance management strategies.Finally,through a coal chemical plant practice case,the practical application effect of the corrosion prevention management method is evaluated.
